Where do I go to apply?
You can apply anywhere that has a computer and Internet access by visiting our website
What if I don't have a computer? Or know how to use one?

I don't see the position I want to apply for. Why not?
There are two possible reasons. The first reason is that the job may not be currently available. The second reason is that the job you are searching for may be known under a different title than you are used to. If you cannot find the job you are looking for right away, try searching for the type of position by Job Field or Location. For example, if you are searching for a "waiter" position, you could search by the “Food and Beverage” Job Field and you'll see the job "Food and Beverage Attendant" displayed. Another option you may consider is leaving the search options filtered by "All" and sorting through the list of jobs we currently have posted. If I don't see the position I am interested in, Can I be alerted when the job becomes available
Yes. When you search a specific job and no options are available you can create a "General Employment Profile". Creating the General Employment Profile allows us to discover and consider you for future opportunities
What does 'Add to My Job Cart' mean when I am viewing jobs?
If you see an 'Add to My Job Cart' option and would like to save one or more of these jobs so you can view, submit or apply to them at a later date, select this option. The job(s) will be stored in your job cart, which you can access at any time to view or submit your applications more quickly. Each job will be saved until it expires (all jobs expire when the posting is removed from our site - we remove jobs from the website when that position is no longer available). Please note that to save a job to your job cart, you may be required to log in.
How can I find out how much a certain job pays?
Wages are not listed on the website. At the Recruitment Advisors discretion, wages may be discussed during the selection process.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password please click on the link below the sign-in area that reads "forgot password" and follow the instructions that appear.
Will I be considered for employment if I live out of state?
Yes. However, please be aware that you may be required to visit our offices several times throughout the employment process. In general, we do not offer travel and relocation assistance.
Can I apply if I currently reside out of Australia?
Yes. However you must have (or be eligible for) appropriate working Visas in order to apply for a position.
Will Crown Melbourne sponsor me for a work visa?

Can I apply for more than one job?
Yes. However we would strongly recommend only placing applications for those positions that most closely match your field of experience.
